Who we are
DoseFirst (“we”, “us”) provides healthcare SaaS software for partner operations, family care coordination, and public healthcare discovery. Contact support@dosefirst.com for privacy questions.
Information we may process
Depending on the product you use, DoseFirst may process account details, business contact information, pharmacy workflow data (such as inventory, purchases, sales activity, supplier records, and reports), Care coordination information you choose to enter, and directory browsing activity needed to operate the service.
Health and workflow information
Some workflows involve prescriptions, medicine metadata, stock movement, customer ledger context, or family care notes. This information is processed to provide the features you request and should be handled under role-based access within your organization.
How we use information
We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, provide support, improve reliability, communicate product updates, and maintain security. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing and permissions
Partner access should be governed by explicit roles and permissions. We may use trusted processors for hosting, analytics, email, or security under contractual safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
Directory discovery
Public directory pages help people discover medicines, products, and providers. Availability, pricing, and fulfillment remain owned by connected pharmacies and providers. Directory browsing may generate usage logs needed for performance and abuse prevention.
Security
Production environments should include encryption in transit, access controls, authentication safeguards, logging, and operational monitoring appropriate for healthcare-adjacent SaaS.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Partner administrators may control retention for organizational records according to their plan and configuration.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where applicable, and you may manage cookie preferences described in our Cookies Policy. Organization admins manage teammate access inside Partners.
Children
DoseFirst Partners and company websites are not directed to children. Care features that involve minors should be used by parents or legal guardians and configured responsibly.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as products evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
